Summary of Practice

Lynsey called to the bar in 2008 following a period devilling to Robert Hayhow and Dale Hughes, having previously worked as a Procurator Fiscal Depute across the central belt for a number of years.

Since calling, Lynsey has focussed mainly on Criminal work, both first instance and appeal court work, appearing in the High Court and the Sheriff Court for both the Defence and the Prosecution.

Additionally, she has an interest in Fatal Accident Inquiries and Employment and Industrial Relations cases and is happy to accept instructions in either of these areas, as well as any other area of civil work.
