Appears in both the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session on a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury, commercial litigation and judicial review.  Acts for both pursuers and defenders.  Formerly a Member of the Scottish Parliament and more recently a Special Adviser to the Scottish Government, Duncan has a full understanding of the legislative and parliamentary process in Scotland.  Having written for many years for a number of newspapers including ‘The Scotsman’, Duncan has a keen  interest and involvement in all aspects of media law.
