Summary of Practice

Kevin McCaffery practised as a solicitor in Edinburgh prior to calling as an advocate in July 2003. He gained considerable sheriff court experience before his admission to Faculty. Since joining Faculty, he has been regularly instructed in both pursuer and defender reparation in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court and in his other listed areas of interest. He currently has a busy personal injury practice covering all areas of this field including work place accidents and medical negligence. He has experience of working in many cases as the sole counsel instructed and also works regularly with senior counsel.
