Summary of Practice

Gordon has an extensive practice in a number of different areas of law and has demonstrated an ability throughout his career to adapt his forensic skills to any type of case. He has substantial experience in commercial litigation including contractual disputes, property disputes (especially commercial leasing) and insolvency matters. He has an interest in health & safety law, acting in a number of high profile cases. He has also been involved in a significant number of reparation cases, many involving complex claims of high value.
