Summary of Practice

David Nicolson called to the bar in 2005 with some 14 years experience as a solicitor in private practice. Having been almost exclusively a criminal defence solicitor, most of his present case-load is as defence counsel in the criminal courts. He has, however, been instructed in some limited civil work involving freeing for adoption and personal injury litigation. David retains an interest in these areas of work.
