Summary of Practice

Marion has considerable experience in a wide range of civil litigation, public inquiries, Fatal Accident Inquiries and professional disciplinary tribunals. She is familiar with the demands of lengthy and complex litigation. Over half of her work is in cases concerned with medical negligence, acting both for pursuers and defenders. She also sits as Legal Chairman of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals for Scotland. She is a CEDR accredited Mediator

Marion had a previous career as a journalist in both newspapers and television.
