Summary of Practice
Brian Gill has a general practice including most areas of civil law and proceeds of crime. In 2007 he appeared for the applicants in the public inquiry into the Beauly-Denny pylon line, the longest-running planning inquiry in Scotland and in the Privy Council (DSvHMA[2007] UKPC D1 S.C.C.R 222). He is a member of the drafting panel for the Scottish Parliament’s Non-Executive Bills Unit and also accepts instructions to draft legislation for private clients.
