Summary of Practice

Allan was in practice as a solicitor from1984 to 2005. He was principal in a firm for 15 years and has extensive experience in criminal and civil matters as a solicitor. He has prepared cases at all levels of court and has appeared in District and Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and in many Tribunals including Employment, EAT, CICAP, SSAT, Lands Tribunal, Children’s Hearings, Planning and licensing hearings. His work covered both first instance and appellate cases and as an Advocate he seeks to maintain contacts with these courts and Tribunals whilst extending his practice to the Court of Session and above.
